We provide Transcribing services from handwritten notes, audio and video recording, to a digital text document for:

  • Academic lectures, research interviews, thesis notes

  • Conference notes, business interviews & surveys

  • Medical studies, reports & dictations

  • Seminars and official events

The standard of a transcription depends highly on the source of audio, video and handwriting provided. Inaccuracies may occur depending on the quality of source provided.

File source accepted must be in English or Malay language only.

PROCESS

Common file types accepted:

WMA, Mp3, Mp4, WMV, .doc, .pdf

(please clarify before submission of other file types)

  1. 1 transcriber will be assigned to each project overseen by a manager

  2. A copy editor will then check through the transcribed project after the first person ends

  3. The final transcription will then be submitted to client with a time and date stamp of work completion.

  4. This ensures optimal accuracy and quality of each project.

  5. Delivery of each project is 48 hours during the off peak period on a business day, for 60min audio/video or less. Handwritten notes will be up to 20-A4 pages.

  6. Longer duration may apply outside of what is stated, up to a period of 7 business days.

  7. Different charges apply for transcribed documents requiring only copy editing services.

  8. Files are to be submitted digitally. Client communication will be done through Skype, emails & online chats.

  9. Your data is secured and will be removed from our drives once you have acknowledged receipt of item. Our professionals are bound by NDA and PDPA to protect your data and privacy.
